Oklahoma HBP Title Landman
Grizzly Land Services is a full-spectrum land services company, solely devoted to fulfilling the goals and objectives of its clients. We provide title, acquisition, regulatory, and back-office support for energy, transportation, and utility providers throughout the Continental United States.
We are currently seeking experienced Oklahoma HBP Title Landmen for various title projects throughout Oklahoma.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Title Research to Establish Property Ownership
- Prepare Runsheets for Title Opinions
- Complete Mineral & Leasehold Ownership Reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oklahoma HBP Title
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents to obtain and understand legal property descriptions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
- AAPL Membership Preferred
- Ability to Travel to County Courthouses
- Must be Independent Contractor
